Refunds
1) Refunds are not granted after the last registration date except with approval of the Mesa Board.
2) There will be a $25 non refundable processing fee taken from a refund to cover CYSA and administrative expenses.
3) Refunds are not given for requests not accommodated. Requests are considered but not guaranteed.
4) Once approved on case by case basis, refund processing will take 4-8 weeks. A check will be mailed to the registrantâ??s home address.
5) To request a refund, fill out a refund form and mail to:
